Meet the Judges
Three talented local musicians from Southern Indiana have graciously signed on to provide live feedback for our participants.
Vocal Judge
Amanda Webb
Classically trained at the Indiana University Jacobs School of Music, Amanda Webb teaches vocal and piano lessons and performs as the lead singer and keyboardist in the Amanda Webb Band.
Instrumental Judge
Ryan Dyer
Ryan Dyer played with the band Split Rail for almost a decade showcasing his impressive skill as a multi-instrumentalist. Ryan plays many instruments including banjo, guitar, mandolin, piano, and more.
Songwriting Judge
Eric Hamblen
Eric Hamblen’s songwriting prowess is evident in the untold number of songs he’s written and performed in his bands South of 44 and Eric Hamblen Band. Eric has an outstanding ear for lyrics and an uncanny talent for producing impromptu tunes on the spot.
Mark Your Calendar and cast Your Vote
Viewers will have the opportunity to cast their votes during the live stream to become part of the Music by the People revolution and help us decide who will take the stage at the Brown County Playhouse on April 22. Episodes will stream live to Facebook and YouTube at 8 p.m.
